Ashish Meshram – portrait

I specialise in architecting high-fidelity XiL infrastructures that accelerate the validation of next-generation EV powertrains. At Valeo Siemens eAutomotive I lead a 150+ system test data centre delivering 30,000+ automated test executions every single day.

My career is defined by a dual focus: strategic program ownership and deep technical innovation. From FPGA-based real-time plant models at 10 ns step size to CI/CT-driven regression pipelines, I build the infrastructure that makes software-defined vehicles possible.

Prior experience spans Continental AG, Cognizant, and KPIT Cummins — with a consistent thread of Python automation, dSPACE toolchains, ASPICE compliance, and cross-functional team leadership. I'm also the author of two books on AI and the future of expert work.
